Privacy policy

What we collect about you

  • Account: email, password (hashed by Supabase Auth), optional display name.
  • Phone (only if you opt in to SMS): AU mobile number in E.164 form, verification timestamp, and a consent log (timestamp + IP) retained for 6 years per Spam Act 2003.
  • Saved searches and alert history: the filters you set up, which listings matched, when alerts were dispatched.
  • Web push subscriptions: the browser-generated push endpoint (no PII in it).
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription state — never your card number.

What we DON'T collect

  • Seller names, phone numbers, profile photos, or any other seller PII from the sources we scan.
  • Your contact with sellers — every alert links out; we're not in the middle.
  • Tracking beyond first-party page analytics for product improvement.

How we use it

  • To run your saved searches and dispatch alerts.
  • To bill you and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to support emails.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your data. We honour requests within 30 days. You can also delete your account from /settings — that removes your profile, saved searches, alerts, and stops all communications.

Marketing

We send transactional emails only (deal alerts, weekly digest, trial reminders, admin notifications). We don't send marketing emails and we don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
